They do not govern any separate enterprise agreements, data-licensing agreements, or written contracts executed directly between you and Syntara AI, which will control to the extent of any conflict.

Syntara AI provides a software-as-a-service platform that analyzes publicly available market data to identify unusual price or volume activity in securities and generates informational alerts. Alerts may include automated summaries of publicly available news, filings, or sentiment indicators.

The Service is provided solely for informational and analytical purposes.

3. No Investment Advice; No Trading Services

• Syntara AI does not provide investment, financial, trading, legal, or tax advice.
• The Service does not recommend or endorse the purchase, sale, or holding of any security.
• The Service does not execute trades, manage portfolios, or act as a broker-dealer or investment adviser.
• Alerts, summaries, and analyses are general in nature, not personalized, and not recommendations.

You are solely responsible for evaluating information provided by the Service and for any decisions you make based on that information. You should consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

4. User Responsibility and Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Financial markets are volatile and involve substantial risk.
• Data provided through the Service may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to revision.
• Past market activity is not indicative of future results.
• Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

5. License and Acceptable Use

7. Trials, Subscriptions, and Payments

Syntara AI may offer free or paid trial access at its discretion. Trials may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Paid subscriptions, if offered, will be billed according to the terms disclosed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and Syntara AI does not store full payment credentials.

Cancellation and renewal terms will be disclosed prior to purchase.

8. Confidentiality and Pre-Release Access

Certain users may receive access to beta, trial, or pre-release features. Such access may be subject to a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which is incorporated by reference where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, interfaces, designs, text, data compilations, and other content provided through the Service are owned by Syntara AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Feedback you provide may be used by Syntara AI without restriction or obligation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNTARA AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• SYNTARA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.
• SYNTARA AI'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SYNTARA AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These limitations are an essential basis of the bargain.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syntara AI and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
